At Him & Her, we're looking for an Associate Creative Director who brings a unique blend of creativity, collaboration, and a humble confidence to the table. An individual who is ready to take on a leadership role in creativity and design, operational efficiency, and company growth. If you’re someone who thrives in a team environment, always seeks solutions, and has a genuine passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a Senior Art Director, Creative Director or similar roles leading and managing creative teams.
- Minimum 7+ years of agency experience, with a minimum 3 years managing others.
- A track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools and software.
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for fostering growth in others.
- Strong portfolio showing not only the ability to consistently produce amazing work, but conceptualize strategies for clients.
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing, brand, design and development principles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Manage the day-to-day operational needs of the business, including contributing to project scheduling, managing budgets, and driving the growth of client accounts.
You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:
- Lead creative direction on branding, website design, and marketing campaigns.
- Create, ideate, and deliver strategic thinking that serves both the client's vision and practical needs.
- Oversee the team’s creative process from concept to final delivery, while also maintaining alignment to brand guidelines, deadlines and quality standards.
- Ability to ideate, create, design & delegate efficiently.
- Build relationships: working closely with clients to understand their needs, all while providing thoughtful, clear design solutions that effectively achieve the company’s goals.
- Solve problems with a proactive mindset to consistently deliver top-quality results.
- Remain at the forefront of emerging creative trends, cultural shifts, and technological advancements.
- Mentor and support team members, providing constructive feedback, tracking performance, and collaborating to guide their growth.
