What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a Senior Art Director, Creative Director or similar roles leading and managing creative teams.
• Minimum 7+ years of agency experience, with a minimum 3 years managing others.
• A track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
• Proficiency in design tools and software.
• A team-oriented mindset with a passion for fostering growth in others.
• Strong portfolio showing not only the ability to consistently produce amazing work, but conceptualize strategies for clients.
• Exceptional knowledge of marketing, brand, design and development principles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Manage the day-to-day operational needs of the business, including contributing to project scheduling, managing budgets, and driving the growth of client accounts.

• Lead creative direction on branding, website design, and marketing campaigns.
• Create, ideate, and deliver strategic thinking that serves both the client's vision and practical needs.
• Oversee the team’s creative process from concept to final delivery, while also maintaining alignment to brand guidelines, deadlines and quality standards.
• Ability to ideate, create, design & delegate efficiently.
• Build relationships: working closely with clients to understand their needs, all while providing thoughtful, clear design solutions that effectively achieve the company’s goals.
• Solve problems with a proactive mindset to consistently deliver top-quality results.
• Remain at the forefront of emerging creative trends, cultural shifts, and technological advancements.
• Mentor and support team members, providing constructive feedback, tracking performance, and collaborating to guide their growth.
