Award-winning developer Granite Homes set out to expand their portfolio into a new environment: a rural, small-town community with values and needs distinct from their urban clientele.
They partnered with Him & Her to build a brand presence and marketing strategy that reflected both the home style and the homeowners who would occupy them. Rooted in transitional design, the branding, marketing campaigns, and sales centre were crafted to thoughtfully highlight the properties’ outdoor features and the unique values of small-town living—while still showcasing the developer’s attention to detail and craftsmanship.
The result? A bespoke sales experience featuring a touch-screen table with real-time availability and selection data, targeted drip campaigns and ad spend attracting GTA families seeking a different pace of living, and recognition as the 2025 Project of the Year from the GDHBA Awards of Distinction.
